The services of the International Visitor Centre RuhrEnergy are targeted at international expert delegations from science, policy and business, student groups and individuals interested in new and renewable energy technologies. Take a tour on these pages to experience the variety of energy projects at The Ruhr - Europe’s leading energy region.

The permanent exhibition presents the most spectacular projects of the region in the field of new and renewable energy technologies in two languages (English and German) on large displays, complemented by a comprehensive set of brochures as well as seminars and lectures.
Join one of our thematically focused study tours to see technology work in practice and to get in touch with people behind the projects.

The visitor centre at the main entrance of Science Park Gelsenkirchen is open on all days of the year from 8 am to 7 pm and free accessible. Registration is kindly requested for groups of more than ten people.
Lectures, seminars and study tours are subject to charges and can be booked online on this site.
